Administrative Rules Advisory Committee
This committee is the outgrowth of the Rules Workgroup. Per Sunset Review recommendation, that workgroup is being transformed into the Administrative Rules Advisory Committee. The Committee conducts ongoing review of all rules that concludes and resumes every four years. It also reviews all rules proposed by staff or petitioned by the public and makes recommendations to the Commission board regarding those proposals and petitions.
